One time when I was little there was a comic convention where we could take pictures with different people dressed as comic book characters. One of the people was dressed really scary, I can't remember what he or she looked like but, I thought it was real and was freaked out. My mom told me to go and take a picture with the person. I refused and hurt his feelings.
In Las Vegas, they held comic con. at the hotel/casino that we were staying at.(South Point) I now that they are just comic book fans in costumes. I am now over my fear now that I know.
